Quick and Thorough Heating
This grill features dual plates with a total cooking surface of 17" x 9 1/4", as well as cast iron cooking plates, which have the capacity to reach a temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit. The indicator lights will let you know when the grill is preheating and when its ready, letting you prep efficiently as you prepare to cook your sandwiches. The top plate is also auto-balancing meaning that your sandwiches, burgers, and quesadillas will always be perfectly and evenly cooked!
