This concentrated suspension is made up of bacterial spores designed for regenerating high enzyme production that digests and liquefies solid waste. When applied regularly, these enzymes are capable of degrading starch, carbohydrates, protein, grease, fats, and cellulose, making the solution effective at cleaning fabric stains, restroom surfaces, grease traps, sewage plants, sumps, septic tanks, and portable toilets.

This maintainer is safe to use and leaves behind a pleasant scent. The product's easy application in pre-portioned packets helps ensure effective cleaning while minimizing waste. Simply add one pack to your drain per week and follow with a cup of warm water to maintain your drain. Add 2 or 3 packets for clogged or slow drains, or add 1 packet per 10 gallons when cleaning grease traps.
